The people of Pakistan are facing the worst kind of atta shortage.During a survey not a single bag of 20 kg atta was found in Sadiqabad, Muslim Town and the suburb areas which is an ample proof of the government’s inability.

On the other side the nanbais (bakers) have also increased the bread price without maintaining its weight. The bread, which was being sold at the rate of Re 1 some three years back, is now being sold at the rate of Rs 5.

The government claims that it has sufficient stock of wheat in the provinces but the stock is not available in the open market and it is only the tall claims of the government.Pakistan is an agricultural country at its 70 per cent population is associated with the profession agriculture but despite it the country if facing worst kind of shortage of atta and other agriculture-related commodities like onion, rice, tomatoes and other commodities..
