Will We Lose Balochistan?

The Americans are conspiring against Balochistan! India is trying to break our country! Israel is behind all this! And many such conspiracy theories are airing at various blogs, websites, tv shows and at once we realise that we have been killing innocent people and abducting Baloch individuals for no reason. The politicians are concerned that something has gone wrong there and people are demanding independence!

Other than a piece of paper presented by a Paranoid Congressman Dana Rohrabacher in the US House of Representatives nothing is new. If we flash back in history, this province from day one, had separatist groups engaged in armed struggle demanding independence (Azad Balochistan). The first one was lead by Prince Karim khan in 1948 and later by Nawab Nowroz Khan in 1968. After the fall of Bengal, the Marrie and Mengal tribes were motivated to tear off this part of the land between 1973 and 1977. Another attempt was started in 2005 which accompanied the killing of Nawab Akber Bugti and continues upto date.

Thousands were killed under Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, hundreds under Pervez Musharraf and now the legacy is continued by General Ashfaq Kiyeani under the umbrella of Zardari. Nothing other than fake promises, lies, misery, mishandling etc have been the fate of this part of the country. Democratic leaders and dictators alike have been the culprits.

For those naive and shallow thinkers who think Americans are going to come as saviours for the neglected Balochistan, they need to rethink on how America saved Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Vietnam, Sudan etc. And if anyone thinks America is going to protect Human rights abuses, they need to reflect on Guantanamo bay, Baghram, American Silence towards Andijan Messacre etc. America is a Capitalist state which will only cater towards its own benefits no matter what the world wants. Understand that America controls the puppet regime of Pakistan and consequently whatever happens in Balochistan is exactly according to the script written in Washington.

With the historic alteration of democratic systems and dictatorships in Pakistan, we have lost Bengal and if our corrupt ignorant leaders try harder, YES WE ARE GOING TO LOOSE BALOCHISTAN. Its high time we get ourselves outside the quagmire of these tried and failed man made systems which continue to break us apart in pieces and opt for the Islamic Caliphate which united the Muslim Lands from Spain to Indonesia.
